- Customers must submit their request within 3 days of purchase, including proof of purchase or the order number.
- Items must be in their original condition — unwashed, unaltered, and clean — with all tags attached.
- Size exchanges are allowed, depending on availability of the requested size.
- Once your request is submitted, it will be reviewed promptly, and you’ll receive an email update regarding its status shortly.

- Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges.
- Processing time for returns or exchanges may take up to 5 business days.
- Refunds are processed via Instapay, VF-Cash, or bank transfer.
